Only complete this form if you have been invited to purchase your laptop by the IT Department and/or the Head of School.

1. Purchase Price

The price is calculated as the school's original cost for the laptop and AppleCare, less 25% for each year of enrollment.

2. Payment

  • Online: Use the credit card form below. Includes credit card processing fee.
  • In-Person: Email accounting@yula.org to schedule a time to pay at the school.

3. Ownership Transfer

After payment, you will receive instructions to schedule a time with IT. The laptop must be brought in so we can remove school software and transfer ownership to you.

Not Purchasing?

Please return the laptop and charger to the security desk. Normal wear and tear is acceptable.
